5 Essential Digestive Tips by Dr. Christine Kaczmar

1. Hydration-The standard is to MINIMALLY drink 64 ounces of clean, purified or distilled water. 
Make sure to only drink 12 ounces per 30-minutes of time.  In other words, don't drink a liter all at once.  This places undue stress onto your kidneys.


2. Super. Food Integration- Add marvelous foods such as kale, blueberries, chia seeds, coconut etc. to your diet.


3. Enzyme Nutrition- if you are eating cooked, baked, pasteurized, canned foods, then a digestive enzyme is key.  Did you know that 80-90% of your immune system lives in the gut?


4.Eat More Quality fats and proteins- Don't be afraid to increase your fat and protein content.  Good
quality fats such as coconut oil, nuts, avocados are paramount to hormone creation and wrinkle-free skin.  A good place to start is to try to hit 60 grams of fats and proteins daily.


5. Eat Less carbohydrates- Step away from the Wheat.
