Cobi Konadi

Instructions
1. Find a comfortable place to sit, stand or lay down
2. Place your RIGHT hand on the right side of your sternum on your chest. 
3. At the same time place your LEFT hand on the left side of your sternum on your chest. 
4. Hold for at least 3 minutes or longer if needed. 
5. While holding create a nice even rhythm of breath.
