HEAD IN THE CLOUDS
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Find a comfortable place to sit, stand or lay down
2. Place RIGHT hand on the top of your head
3. At the same time, place the LEFT hand and/or finger tips on your forehead between the eyebrows
4. Hold for at least 5 minutes or until you feel a sense of peace
5. Remember to connect with your breath, creating a nice even rhythm
